I am an independent publisher out of Austin, Texas, and a Web developer. I prefer to put my time into things that matter, which is why I am such an avid supporter of open source, and why I do not work for “those other guys.”

My resume reads like a tech manual, and is so drawn-out and boring that I stopped updating it years ago. Besides, I prefer to write fiction. Suffice it to say, however, that I have been programming in one form or another since 1982. Yes, that was before Al Gore invented the Internet.

My degrees and near-degrees are in Accounting, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Psychology. So, naturally, I am a poet.
