I get this error message when I try to put the content box “Media Coverage” code into the index.php file.

Thanks for posting this! However, I think I need further clarification.

The style boxes (#content, #content1, #content2) go in the stylesheet (style.css file) - correct?

Next — I get that the

goes into the Main Index Template (index.php) file, but then I get confused.

Does the “Media Coverage” code also go into the index.php file? If so, does it matter where?

The rest of what usual code? Do you mean put

at the very bottom of the file? If so, then does the next content box “News Releases” go under that or somewhere up where the first part of the “Media Coverage” goes?

I’ll keep trying to figure it out myself as well!

I’m building a Social Media Newsroom as well, but I’m having trouble with customizing the scrollable content boxes. You mentioned in this article you would explain how to do that. Am I just missing the link?

I’ve added Wordpress to my website http://www.how-to-be-a-bad-artist.com and have been adding content regularly. I have another website http://www.unlimitedpalette.com that is blogless and am monitoring them to see which gets more traffic. At the moment they seem to be equal, although the one with the blog was updated by Google more recently. Thanks for the tips…

Looks great. Well done. I love what you said about “doing it in a way that would make it easy for the end-user to maintain…to ultimately ‘empower’ people.” That’s a very important concept in getting people to embrace all of this newfangled stuff.
